It enables users to locate healthcare providers, pay bills, and request medical records, while also granting access to the Methodist Health System’s online portal, which contains vital health information and resources for effective care management.

The app facilitates various functions, including:

• Searching the online directory for Methodist primary and specialty care physicians and advanced practice practitioners.
• Browsing available locations for Methodist hospitals, clinics, urgent care facilities, and other services in Omaha, Fremont, Council Bluffs, and nearby areas.
• Viewing personal health information and electronic medical records.
• Accessing the online bill pay portal to review account balances and process payments.
• Requesting access to personal medical records.
• Scheduling appointments with primary care providers.

For assistance with account setup, access issues, or navigation within the app, users are encouraged to visit bestcare.org/signon.
